WHICH WHISTLER TOWNHOMES HAVE PRIVATE GARAGES?
Garages. Personally I’m all about them. Storage for dirty bikes and skis or a place to keep your vehicle in privacy and avoid scraping snow and ice off it!
But where in Whistler can you find a townhome that comes with a garage? If you’re like me and are heavily into mountain biking with a rather expensive bike, then it’s unlikely you’d want to store your bike in the communal bike room! You need your own garage in Whistler!
Whistler has a variety of townhomes that span throughout the valley, some allow nightly rentals (Phase 1 covenant variant) while other have a residential zoning but might provide more property for your money!
But if you’re only interested in a townhome that comes with a garage then what are your options?
I have compiled a list of complexes that have garages, sorted by Whistler subdivision, with number of beds/baths and square footage and zoning type.
